We delete old videos. We simply cannot keep videos from 2022 but I have spoken to the lady already and given her the relevant information she needs etc and she is thinking it over. Hope it sells x

Apparently what you're telling me isn't true, as you have 6 year old videos on your channel and your oldest topper presentation video that is still listed, is from JULY 14th 2021. I bought the topper from you on NOVEMBER 22nd 2022 - almost 1 1/2 years later. First you didn't want to take back a topper that has never been tried on, still has the seal intact and I wanted to return because the color was misrepresented (wanting to charge me a fortune for return shipping - even that it was listed as free returns and no mentioning about additional costs for international returns on your webpage at that time) and now you're removing the video with my comment on it that I want to sell it. Thanks for your kindness!

@@pebbsc69 We offered you a refund minus initial postage. You kept the tag on so no 10% was deduced. So we make no profit and no loss. This is a standard return international return policy which most companies abide by. We keep informational videos but delete items which sold (sporadically and when I find the time and RUclips only lets you delete 50 at a time so it's normal I miss a few or give up as I am busy with the rest of the running of the business, I don't do it deliberately, it's more of a fast clear up when I remember) as they are not helpful to bombard RUclips with products of pieces which have sold. If you had asked me to keep the video so you could sell (I didn’t know the piece hadn’t sold yet) then I would have. But can I advise rather than showing your prospective buyer a video from 2022, you video call with her and show her a more relevant video from today as colours can oxidise. I have advised her the same. I don’t get involved with resales but have done my best to help you from the very start and I am continually trying to do so. Look back over our first emails. I did offer a refund. I don't lie, I have no reason to? It's also not in my nature. Thank you.

@@PerfectFringe There is nothing "standard" about your return policy, which again showed as free returns when I bought the topper. Automatically deducting £45 for your courier service and having to pay even more expensive return postage on top of it, because your returns go to a P.O. box and therefore need a special delivery, is anything but free. Regarding the random badge deletion of your sold toppers - I'm not buying it. Clearly you have the hundreds of sold toppers still listed all the way back to 2022 and even 2021. These are facts and I don't think that bringing religion into it changes that. Besides, isn't it against the principals of all religions not to lie or is "your" religion special?

It’s a clip on top piece. Clips on top of your hair (hides thinning, hair loss, breakage, etc)

The cap belongs to the mannequin! This is just one of our Toppers. This particular one is a super small baby one (for those who just need little coverage) we also sell the larger full coverage sizes too. Depends on our client and their needs. Hope that helps ❤️

Because the price to fully hand tie an 8x8” base would be extremely expensive from our suppliers and would not be cost effective for our buyers. The 4x4” is hand tied and this is big enough for changing the partline. The remainder of the base is not seen so it’s wefts.

Regardless of any colour work, cuts/customisations, I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS wash, condition and throughly check the hair! Also it never smells amazing when it's fresh out of the factory! I like to add all my lovely products to give it that signature Perfectfringe smell! x
